Nice to meet you, my name is Letteke, born in Arnhem in 1981 and after many wanderings now living in Langeraar.

In my early 20s, I discovered yoga and meditation. These helped me immensely in coping with life's challenges, trauma, and physical and emotional pain.

Because I'm a curious person, I started exploring why and how yoga and meditation positively impact my life. Initially, primarily for myself, but later also driven to help others with emotional and/or physical imbalances. After working in mental healthcare for a while, I've now started my own practice.

I have now discovered that this path of learning, developing and sharing is endless.

Since this text and photos are insufficient to experience whether I am the right person to support you on your path to greater balance, I invite you to first get to know me in an accessible way.
